Through our extensive knowledge and experience – particularly within grade listed and conservation area properties – we offer invaluable advice during the pre-construction stages including on the feasibility of proposed structural works, planning and building control, mechanical and electrical design technicalities, commercial viability of projects, and detailed construction programming taking client requirements and restraints into account.
Refurbishment
Our specialty lies in the interior refurbishment of prime residential homes, townhouses and apartments.
Our Light Refurbishment service includes maintaining the core construction of the property, enhancing the overall finishes, bathrooms /kitchens and improving the services infrastructure. We often assist interior designers with re-dressing properties: overhauling the base interior design and upgrading to client requirements.
Our Full Interior & Exterior Refurbishment can include carrying out minor structural alterations, fully stripping-out back to the shell then constructing and developing a designer’s vision through to fruition. We use our in-house craftsman for the core works and also engage specialist subcontractors to install bespoke joinery, fibrous and stone packages as well as utilising our in-house craftsman. We can also oversee a complete overhaul of any mechanical, heating, electrical, security and audio & visual installations. We often finalise such project with complete exterior refurbishment and decoration.
Construction
In addition to complete property interiors refurbishment, we often deliver complex structural packages, including basement excavation and construction, façade retention and detailed internal structural alterations.
We often encounter challenging and complex logistical considerations therefore work with experienced engineers and logistic/access specialists to de-risk and deliver projects efficiently.
