We Didn’t Set Out to Be Different. We Set Out to Be Accountable.

For over two decades, Gallery has been guided by a single, non-negotiable principle: the client’s vision is the only benchmark that matters. This is the story of why we built a main contractor model designed to protect it.

We Didn’t Set Out to Be Different. We Set Out to Be Accountable.

For over two decades, Gallery

has been guided by a single,

non negotiable principle:

the client’s vision is the

only benchmark that

matters. This is the story

of why we built a

main contractor model

designed to

protect it.

A model built on two decades of super-prime delivery.

A team united by a single standard of excellence.

A philosophy of total accountability, from first call to final handover.

The Gap Between a Blueprint and a Masterpiece

In 2006, our founder, Michael Duncan, saw a fundamental disconnect in London’s prime residential market. He saw brilliant architectural visions compromised by fragmented execution.

He saw clients with impeccable taste forced to become project managers, arbitrating disputes and chasing progress on the very creations they had commissioned.

The problem wasn’t a lack of ambition or a shortage of skilled trades. The problem was a lack of ownership.

Traditional construction models were-and still are-a web of competing interests, where accountability is diffused and the client is left to absorb the friction. Michael founded Gallery on a simple, radical premise: what if one firm took absolute responsibility for the outcome? Not just for the quality of the build, but for the integrity of the client’s experience from the first drawing to the final handover.

We didn’t invent high-end construction. We engineered the accountability that was missing from it.

Our Three Pillars of Predictability

Our entire model is built on three core beliefs that ensure a seamless and predictable journey from vision to reality.

LEADERSHIP, NOT MANAGEMENT

A project requires a leader, not just a manager. One senior principal at Gallery owns the outcome, serving as the single, accountable steward for your vision. This eliminates the communication breakdowns and competing priorities that plague traditional builds. Your time is protected, and your vision is championed.

COHESION, NOT COORDINATION

A team with a shared history delivers a superior result. Our core specialists have worked together for over 15 years. This is not a temporary network of subcontractors; it is a cohesive unit with a shared language of excellence. They don’t pass blame; they engineer solutions, together.

FORESIGHT, NOT REACTION

The most significant problems are the ones that never happen. Our process is built on pre-emptive resolution-identifying and solving potential conflicts in the design and planning stages. We navigate the complexities of planning, heritage, and engineering so that the construction phase is purely about flawless execution.

The Stewards of Your Vision

For over 20 years, Gallery Interiors has created some of London's finest residences. Properties where millimeter precision matters. Where master craftsmanship is standard. Where "good enough" doesn't exist.

Michael Cunningham

Construction Director

If it can be drawn, Michael can build it-flawlessly. With decades of experience managing London’s most complex and ambitious residential projects, he is the technical backbone of Gallery. He translates visionary architecture into physical form with a level of precision and foresight that is unmatched in the industry.

Michael’s leadership on-site ensures that every detail is executed to the highest standard, that problems are solved before they escalate, and that the final creation is a perfect reflection of the original design intent. He doesn’t just build homes; he builds confidence.

Michael Duncan

Managing Director

With over 25 years in prime residential development, Michael is the architect of the Gallery model. He founded the firm to solve the one problem he saw consistently undermine great design: a lack of total accountability. He connects the dots between a client’s deepest ambitions and the operational reality of a flawless execution.

Michael’s role is to serve as the ultimate guardian of the client’s vision, ensuring that the promise made at the outset is the reality delivered at completion. He is the strategic partner to our clients and the driving force behind our commitment to delivering predictability.

Kelly Bryan

Contracts Director

Kelly is the orchestrator of precision. He ensures that every element of a project-from procurement and scheduling to financial oversight and specialist coordination-is perfectly aligned. He is the bridge between the client’s expectations and the complex logistics of a high-end build, ensuring a seamless and transparent process from start to finish.

Responsible for the operational and commercial integrity of every project, Kelly ensures that “Total Accountability” isn’t just a philosophy; it’s a contractual and operational reality. He provides the structure that allows creativity to flourish without compromise.

A Different Kind of Conversation

Choosing a construction partner for a home of significance is about more than just credentials and portfolios. It is about trust, alignment, and a shared definition of excellence.

Our initial conversation is a private consultation to determine if our model of total accountability is the right fit for your vision. We invite you, your family office, or your head of design to begin that dialogue.

Discuss your project

Whether you are a principal, family office member, EA to the principal, or head of the design team we welcome the opportunity of dicussing your project in more detail.
