In 2006, our founder, Michael Duncan, saw a fundamental disconnect in London’s prime residential market. He saw brilliant architectural visions compromised by fragmented execution.
He saw clients with impeccable taste forced to become project managers, arbitrating disputes and chasing progress on the very creations they had commissioned.
The problem wasn’t a lack of ambition or a shortage of skilled trades. The problem was a lack of ownership.
Traditional construction models were-and still are-a web of competing interests, where accountability is diffused and the client is left to absorb the friction. Michael founded Gallery on a simple, radical premise: what if one firm took absolute responsibility for the outcome? Not just for the quality of the build, but for the integrity of the client’s experience from the first drawing to the final handover.

Kelly is the orchestrator of precision. He ensures that every element of a project-from procurement and scheduling to financial oversight and specialist coordination-is perfectly aligned. He is the bridge between the client’s expectations and the complex logistics of a high-end build, ensuring a seamless and transparent process from start to finish.
Responsible for the operational and commercial integrity of every project, Kelly ensures that “Total Accountability” isn’t just a philosophy; it’s a contractual and operational reality. He provides the structure that allows creativity to flourish without compromise.
