Light Refurbishment of large prime residential detached property on the St George’s Estate in Surrey comprising overhaul of existing lighting and electrics, preparation of areas to receive bespoke joinery installations throughout and extensive decoration package including numerous fabric wall coverings.

We also carried out a beautifully-crafted external hard and soft landscaping scheme to the pool and entertaining area to the rear of the property.

We now oversee this house in terms of its ongoing maintenance requirements to retain the level of finish achieved on practical completion and address our clients’ routine and reactive maintenance needs.
