Project overview
Extensive and detailed refurbishment to entire listed large family home in Little Venice, W9 comprising overhaul of existing heating and electrics and bespoke joinery to all floors. The project was beautifully finished with specialist finishes including oak flooring throughout, extensive stone and marble finishing and bespoke wall coverings throughout.
We were also very proactive in the pre-contract stages of the project, working with the interior designer and the client directly on the negotiated tender and using our building and construction expertise to drive value in the design development stages.
We now oversee this house in terms of its ongoing maintenance requirements to maintain the level of finish on practical completion and address our clients’ routine and reactive maintenance needs.
