Fifield Glyn were looking for a company who could deliver an exceptionally high interior whilst also accommodating the diverse requirements of the residents and maintaining access throughout the works with minimal disruption.

We were instructed to refurbish internal common areas of this high end residential block which entailed extensive works to the initial entrance lobby with a beautiful new marble floor, desk and bronze fret work cladding the lift shaft. We took care of full redecoration to the upper staircase and corridors, and ensured beautiful French-polished handrails and newly laid carpets throughout.

Due to the high calibre of our work, attention to detail and efficiency, we have since continued to work within Carlos Place for the residents themselves as well as securing multiple other projects managed by Fifield Glyn.
