The project at St Marks Mansions saw the refurbishment of four flats in the heart of Mayfair, London W1. Quantity surveyors Fidgens approached Gallery about completing the project as they needed an experienced contractor to take on a lead role and work quickly and efficiently to move everything forward.

Firstly, we carried out extensive building works that had been restricting project progress.
Next, we designed and fitted all the bathrooms and kitchens for the four properties. We had to work to deliver a high standard while keeping within the budget Fidgens had set for this.

Whilst on site, we also supplied and installed heat recovery units to the four flats as well as sourcing new bespoke front doors to match the old Victorian doors that needed replacing.

Even on a very tight deadline, we ensured the planned completion date was met and that all work was carried out to our high standards despite the time pressures.
