Founded by Michael Duncan in 2006, Gallery has established an unparalleled reputation for exceptional high levels of craftsmanship and service, led by Michael’s acute eye for detail and insistence on perfection.
Due to the quality of offering that runs from concept to creation to delivery to aftercare, Michael and his in-house team have developed ongoing and trusted relationships across the industry.
Today, Gallery delivers projects in the most prestigious post-codes throughout London and the home counties.

Michael Duncan
Managing Director
Michael Duncan has a wealth of knowledge across key trades including mechanical & electrical, carpentry, general building works and stonework. His drive for strong customer service and attention to detail is the foundation of everything that Gallery stands for.
After building a reputation for high quality construction, Gallery gained the opportunity to collaborate on a number of key projects with Helen Green, at the time a highly successful interior design practice in London. This was the steppingstone to the super prime residential market that Gallery flourishes in today, working on some of London’s most stunning properties.
Michael has been at the forefront of everything Gallery delivers for many years and has recently been growing Gallery’s maintenance offering. Even though his focus as Managing Director is on tendering and business development, he remains hands-on with every project.
His ethos today is the same as when he first founded Gallery: to go above and beyond in everything we do, never to accept “average” and always strive to be the best.

Michael Cunningham
Construction Director
Michael Cunningham was a qualified mechanical engineer for many years before joining Gallery at its inception, with 20 years hands-on experience across all trades.
He became a director in 2016 and is today responsible for overseeing many of our site managers, ensuring that Gallery’s high standards are maintained throughout each and every project.
Michael has a personal passion for high end interiors and bathrooms, and is well known among clients and colleagues for his high attention to detail and solution-finding abilities. He prides himself upon delivering a personalised and empathetic customer service experience before and during a project as well as continuing for long-term maintenance clients.

Maintenance Supervisor
Harry has been with Gallery for over a decade, starting out as apprentice and worked his way to lead and supervise our maintenance division. He has great all-round property maintenance knowledge and experience and maintains fantastic relationships with our clientele. At the front end, he deals with all our planned, proactive and emergency maintenance works across a varied and wide portfolio of properties we currently manage.

Projects Coordinator
Panashe joined gallery a little over 2 years ago as Project Coordinator. He is fundamental cog in all areas of our business, providing support in the tendering and estimating process, recruitment, ongoing day-to-day support to all facets of our Interiors and Maintenance teams – from ordering materials, liaising with subcontractors and support the directors / project management team with site reporting and management. He has a key role health safety delivery on our larger projects. Panashe is in process of professional development with Gallery to seek professional qualifications in Project Management with intention of leading on our interior projects in the future

Our management team are very hands on throughout all of our projects, demanding accuracy and guiding our site teams to deliver on the exceptional detail expected from the designers and clients we work with. The smallest errors at any stage on the delivery of project can have knock-on effect and end up spoiling a room. From first meeting through to final finishes, we always strive to understand the client’s expectations – and then exceed them. The end result is a property that continues to be both impressive and inviting for years to come.
