For the first apartment, we established a new wet underfloor heating system; extensive acoustic insulation works to minimise the impact of noise from adjacent properties; new ceilings, flooring, kitchen and bathroom finishes along with cabling to enable the easy installation of a future integrated AV system as the market develops. All of this had to be carefully planned with Studio Clark & Co to ensure everything was easily accessible for the client.
As this project was in a multiple occupancy building, we had to establish a good relationship with the neighbours through frequent communication so as not to hinder the project.
Following the successful renovation of the first apartment in Wetherby Mansions, and the recommendation of a very satisfied customer, we were approached by another client who wanted a complete renovation of their apartment. They asked us to reconfigure and renovate the entire space to achieve a bespoke, timeless interior. We approached Studio Clark & Co, the interior designers we had used previously, to work together on the total strip out and redesign. We were proud to receive a glowing testimonial from the client.
We now oversee the first apartment in terms of it’s ongoing maintenance requirements to maintain the level of finish on practical completion and address our clients’ routine and reactive maintenance needs.
